In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our clients' systems, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting. You will work closely with our sales team to understand our clients' requirements and ensure that our solutions are tailored to their specific needs. This is a hands-on role that offers the chance to work with a wide range of technologies and systems, and to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain clients' systems, including but not limited to network equipment, servers, and security systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients' systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Work closely with our sales team to understand clients' requirements and ensure that our solutions are tailored to their specific needs.
• Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Document all technical processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
• Participate in product development and improvement initiatives, contributing your technical expertise to enhance our solutions.
• Provide training and support to clients' staff on the use and maintenance of our systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that our clients benefit from the most advanced and effective solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Certifications in relevant technologies, such as Cisco, Microsoft, or other industry-standard certifications.
• Proficient in using a variety of technical tools and software, including but not limited to VMware, Wireshark, and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required, with a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
