📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe operation of the vessel and compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Plan and execute voyages, including route planning, fuel management, and crew scheduling.,Maintain and inspect all vessel equipment and systems to ensure they are in proper working order.,Conduct regular safety drills and ensure all crew members are trained and prepared.,Communicate effectively with the crew, shore-based personnel, and other stakeholders.,Monitor weather conditions and make decisions to ensure the safety of the vessel and crew.,Handle emergencies and crises, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License (Master Mariner's License) and other relevant certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.
