📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain high-quality cold kitchen operations, including prepping ingredients and stocking refrigerators.
• Ensure all cold food items are stored and presented correctly to meet health and safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cold kitchen environment.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and other culinary team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your culinary skills.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cold kitchen or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian and English languages.
