📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Monitor and control purchasing activities to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Maintain and update purchasing records and databases.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and prices.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and services.,Conduct vendor evaluations and selections based on predefined criteria.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
