📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize SAP ERP systems, ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
- Conduct regular financial close processes, including month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial systems improvements.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on ERP systems and financial processes.
- Monitor and manage financial budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct periodic financial audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Certification in SAP ERP or related financial systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a similar role within the energy sector is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
