📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and optimal stock rotation.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate store operations and customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Certification in retail management or leadership is a plus.
