📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
• Handle recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and BambooHR.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure a positive workplace culture and high employee satisfaction.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
• Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and employee records management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and engagement.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software, such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
