CV Indah Inti is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Kitchen Crew to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. This position offers a competitive salary of Rp 20.000.000 – Rp 22.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage and train a team of kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.
• Develop and implement food safety and quality control procedures.
• Ensure all food is prepared and served according to established recipes and standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts within the kitchen team promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a kitchen environment.
• Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and ensuring high standards of food quality.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local and international culinary standards and practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
