📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our team.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to recruitment team members.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
