📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and organizing food menus.

Ensure the quality and consistency of food preparation.

Manage the inventory of food ingredients and supplies.

Train and mentor junior staff members.

Participate in kitchen cleanliness and maintenance.

Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

Assist in the preparation of special dishes and events.

Comply with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.

Proven track record in food preparation and kitchen management.

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
