📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Assist in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies.

Monitor and report on call metrics and customer feedback.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and service targets.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.

Good understanding of Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Proven track record of achieving sales and service targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in customer service a plus.
