📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Tutor in planning and delivering lessons.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback.,Organize and manage classroom activities and resources.,Support students with their academic and personal development.,Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.,Assist with the preparation and grading of assignments and exams.,Provide after-school support to students as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a teaching or tutoring role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Passion for education and commitment to student success.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience.,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
