PT Wibawa Property is looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team in Bontang. This is an urgent opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate and wants to make a difference in the community. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our properties, and closing sales. You will work independently and as part of a team to achieve our sales targets. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and approach potential customers to generate leads,Present properties to potential buyers and answer their questions,Negotiate and close sales of properties,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets,Attend trade shows, networking events, and other marketing activities,Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong negotiation and closing skills,Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bontang,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
