📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations.
