Point Port Sentosa is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Track and report on vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation schedules.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
