📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.,Assess training needs and develop strategies to address them.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development activities into the workplace.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and guidance to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
