📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staff scheduling and patient care planning.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, such as ISO and JCI.,Develop and implement nursing protocols and policies to improve patient outcomes.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing education and training.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.,Monitor and evaluate patient care quality, and implement improvement strategies as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical or hospital setting.,Experience in leading and managing a nursing team.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as ISO and JCI.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and leadership abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
