📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advisory services to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Lead a team of tax consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Conduct tax planning and strategy sessions with clients to optimize their tax positions.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to the team on new developments.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Participate in tax audits and disputes, representing the firm in negotiations with tax authorities.,Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience in leading and managing a team of tax consultants.
