Sumber Hendra Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process to ensure the highest quality standards are met. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our medical equipment production.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Inspect finished products to identify defects and ensure compliance with standards.,Maintain and calibrate production equipment as needed.,Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.,Collaborate with the team to improve production processes and quality.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production areas.,Assist in training new employees on production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Experience with medical equipment production is a plus.,Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with basic computer systems and software.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
