📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.

Conduct audits and reviews of financial transactions.

Provide guidance and training to junior accountants.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
