📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
