📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Provide strategic financial advice to clients, helping them make informed business decisions.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve business performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance our services.
• Provide exceptional client service, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Certifications in CPA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
