📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with bank partners to promote and sell our insurance products.
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations to explain the benefits of our insurance products.
- Monitor and track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of insurance products and banking systems is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
