📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with patient appointments and ensure a welcoming environment
• Manage and update patient medical records using our in-house software
• Support the medical team during procedures and consultations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and patient communications
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or administrative role
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic medical procedures
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of fertility and women's health is a plus
