📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily logistics operations, including package sorting, handling, and delivery.
• Use our proprietary logistics management system to track and manage shipments efficiently.
• Ensure all packages are processed and delivered on time, adhering to strict service level agreements.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced courier environment.
• Proficient in using logistics management software, such as our proprietary system or similar platforms like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture, as well as English, is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license for motorbike is a requirement for this role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug tests as part of the hiring process.
