📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize the distribution and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to manage and maintain the dealer network, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize SAP and other logistics management software to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar role in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of logistics management software, such as SAP, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant operational management certifications is a plus.
