📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and supervise the production team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the production line.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and other inputs.
• Conduct regular production meetings to review progress and address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement training programs for production staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile, Garment Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in garment or textile production management.
• Proven track record of managing production teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
